What you perceive of "how they do it" is colored by your own bias. Without seeing the movie for your self it makes absolutely zero sense to see their negative reviews are doing in the wrong way.
From all the trailers, the previous films, and people involved with this movie I expect that I will like it. I'm not going to agree or disagree with a critics review of the movie before I see it though

For the record, Metacritic has TDKR at 81. TDK was 80.

Sentences like "blew the way spiderman 3 blew" or "Like all previous flicks directed by Christopher Nolan and written by his brother Jonathan, this one defies logic and reeks of repulsive, bloated self-importance"
Is not legit criticism. It might be a very legitimate criticism that these films take on too serious of a tone (like Abe Lincoln VH) but it is how that message is communicated that makes a difference.

Troll job, or at the least this critic has let his frustration with Nolan fanboys influence his work. Most of his criticisms aren't completely rational and seem overly emotional. Not liking the movie is one thing, but this review seems to be lashing out at Nolan fans. Pretty juvenile imho
