Legal sites to download TV shows.....

Going out of the country and won't have internet access to stream.
Looking to stockpile a bunch of shows. Does Hulu+, Itunes, Amazon or any other site have shows available for download or just streaming?
Any help would be appreciated.

iTunes is the way to go. You can download tons of tv shows. This is why Dish dropped AMC so quick. Why pay AMC all that money when people can just download their shows on iTunes the day after they air on TV?
