ETA: I like the theory that Bobby is Cotton's son. Season 5 Episode 6 "When Cotton Comes Marching Home" DiDi and Cotton have a baby that looks just like a baby version of Bobby.

Peggy acting so outraged when she literally hates all of Hank’s friends is more reason to believe she cheated on Hank and had Bill’s love child.
Peggy is a horrible person but a damn fine character.
