Pretty trippy. It's like a network tv sitcom with kevin around. Then it changes to a totally different show when it's just the girl its completely different. This was ep 1 I saw not sure if last night was the premiere.
Curious if anybody else watched? Shitt's creek was talked about quite a bit on here it stars Alexis. If you've watched. Opinions? I'm not sure yet about it but I'll give ep 2 a shot

Last night was the premier but the first three eos have been on AMC + for a couple of weeks.
I happened to read about it and recorded the first episode but haven't watched it yet, seems promising from what I read

Only made it halfway through the first episode before the commercials got too much for us, so we switched to something else and will go back to the DVR tonight and finish.

We didn't like it since it has the excessive sitcom fake laughter going on through half of the show. When the lead actress leaves her house it is more watchable. Once she walks back into her house and the sitcom, Kevin and fake laughter return, then we can't stand the show. We bailed before the episode ended.

I couldn't get into it at all. I thought the idea sounded interesting but too much time is spent on the corny sitcom part, that's practically unwatchable

Haven't watched it and probably won't because I think shows with curse words or asterisks in the title are just suuuuuuuuch low hanging fruit that appeal to the lowest common denominator. Like I can picture some wife beater wearing redneck with a 3rd grade education sitting in his trailer thinking "omg the show has frick in the title! That guy can frick himself! Guffaw guffaw" while swilling a steel reserve. And that's who the ad people want to appeal to when they name the show. And it pisses me off. Same with "don't trust the b**** in apartment 23" (later renamed). I waited YEARS to watch Schitt's creek for the same reason, but to its credit it actaully had good writers and good acting and rose above the dreadful name.

I watched 5 min of the sitcom part and it was brutal. Just horrible. I flipped back an hour later and it looked like a completely different show. Made no sense until now.

It kept my interest as it's clearly going for something different. Not sure where the hell it's going after episode 1.
