Thoroughly enjoyed the series. One of my favorite dramas I've ever seen. The last episode was very meh but it wasn't as bad as sopranos I suppose. Roger sterling is quite possibly my new favorite tv character ever.

I almost quite watching after the first few episodes. Kept watching and it was one of the best shows I've ever seen.

I wasn't sure how to feel about the final episode after first viewing. Watched it again a few months later and found it much more satisfying. Great show all around.

Finale definitely needs a rewatch.
So many great interactions and endings.

It's tied with Sopranos for best show ever to me. I'll never forget how tense I was 3/4 through the last episode feeling like we were steamrolling to something uneventful and then the end put the biggest smile on my face. So well done.

Same here. Never seen a show start so slow. But it worked out.

For me, it had everything - interesting character development and arcs, drama infused with wicked humor, 60's style, dialog that drew you in, bit tit broads smoking cigs, alcohol in most every scene, insight into the advertising industry as it came of age.

This.
The anticipation to the end was perfect. The speech by the "Leonard" character. Believe that was his name. Has to be rewatched to be appreciated. Because in the original airing I remember thinking "who the fukkk is this guy and why is he talking so damned much with 7 minutes of the ENTIRE show left??!!!"
I was mad. Re-watching it on youtube, it is perfect and so well acted.

Easily top 5 show for me. Right up there with the Wire, BB, Sopranos, etc, yet so much different.

I put it right behind Sopranos. Definitely the best thing that AMC has ever done.
The nostalgia factor sealed the deal for me. Don taking his son to see Planet of the Apes, the Burger Chefs, the moon landing... really hit home.

Loved the ending to Mad Men personally
Was great how they tied together Hilltop with the 1971 coke ad

Mad Men is definitely in my top 5 favorite series to date. It was something my spouse and I could watch together and discuss/enjoy.
