Bronn and Cersei dated IRL and it apparently ended really badly. They refuse to be on set together, which is the speculation for why Bronn took Pod to go get drinks and catch up during the dragon pit meet up.

One thing I've found nagging at the corners, can't really get the idea to take full form to even have a theory:
The 3 Eyed Raven says Bran must learn- everything.
Bran learns the truth about Robert's Rebellion and Jon's real identity.
Bran says "he needs to know"
WHY? Jon doesn't want the Iron Throne, he wants to stop the Night King. Dany has a large army and dragons, wants the Iron Throne... and now wants to help Jon stop the Night King.
Seems like the only chance for survival is for Jon and Dany to work together. They currently are, and they sure seem happy about it.
Wouldn't this fall under the case of "shh, nevermind, it doesn't matter now anyway?"
Or, does it somehow tie into why the Night King is coming?

How long did it take you? I want to do a rewatch to prep, but I'm not sure I'll have enough time.
Is there a YouTube video that I can watch that summarizes it for me?

Didn't take too long, maybe a month.
There's not really any must-see movies or TV shows coming out right now. Last one I saw in the theater was Aquaman, and that was well before I started this. Wasn't a lot of sports I was locked into- after the Rams/Saints game, I ended up binging during the Superbowl instead.
There's 7 seasons, 10 hrs a season... and compelling story. You plan on watching 1, maybe 2- and decide "well, I can afford to watch the next one before bed" a whole lot. 8pm to 11pm most nights, a couple rainy weekends, and you're into Season 7 before you know it. And then, you want to get to Spoils of War, and then Beyond the Wall, and then wrap it up.

Expand please, not sure who you're referring about and the backstory on why?
Bronn hit it IRL.
I like to think, directly after he got up and walked over to pour himself a glass of wine, still naked..and told her something along the lines of "I can understand why your husband left you".

I've got 11 episodes left - agree that it flows well, but my son being born a month ago definitely slowed down my progress. I'm lucky to get in an episode or two each week now.
Jamie - I get the feeling his arc leads to a somewhat happy ending (he lives), but wouldn't be surprised if the opposite happens and he sacrifices himself for the greater good.
Bronn - agree he plays with fire a tad too much, think his ambition finally catches up to him.
I'm of the belief Dany dies and Jon lives on - ASOIAF has never been Jon and Dany, it's Jon alone - L+R.
Then again, I've fully accepted I have no idea what's going on and I'll spend the six weeks shocked at every turn.

Well, we have 6 episodes, and a few outside stories to clean up.
Bronn taking the Eyrie early in the season makes a tremendous amount of sense, now that I consider it. He's ambitious, so a daring commando raid would be up his alley. Cersei needs to clear out Jaime/Tyrion's influence, which he definitely falls into, so sending him out of KL fits.
Him taking the Eyrie wraps up Robin's tale. Cersei planting an assassin to kill Bronn, just like she did to Tyrion at the Blackwater... that fits her style.
We don't have the time to spend multiple episodes cleaning that up, so the attempt fails... and causes Bronn to reconsider Tyrion's offer.
This then makes Jaime more valuable (remember, currently he's just 1 guy that 95% of the people in Winterfell will want dead). Bronn is tied to Tyrion and Jaime, but Tyrion is the Hand, and can't leave. Jaime can... and might actually not be far away in his trip north. Since he's still not earned their trust, he doesn't go alone; so Sansa sends Brienne with him, and possibly wrapping that side story up too.
Maybe you let Bronn keep the Frey's castle (the Eyrie seems unlikely), and Jaime/Brienne guard the Tully's old place against Cersei. There, you wrap up several open threads in maybe 2 episodes at the most.

Something that may turn out to be very important is Jon says Dany is his queen but is never shown bending the knee in front of her.

She doesn't recite the list in detail after being taken by the Brotherhood, from what I remember. Last I can recall, Beric was added in the last spoken list.
I didn't sit down and take notes, and there's a ton of stuff going on. I wanted a refresher and to enjoy the flow. Was the first time I watched it start to finish in such a short period of time.

Pretty good wrap up even if some is speculation. Not sure why the downvotes.

I have a question on a rewatch as well.
Tywin talks over and over about his dedication to his legacy/Lannister name. He hates Tyrion and Jaimie won’t marry.
So, why did he not ever re marry and father more children himself after his wife died in childbirth?
Is this discussed in the books?

Because Tywin didn’t want to do it and was a hypocrite. He asked his children and bannermen to do things he himself would never do. Tywin is debatably the worst father in Game of Thrones only after Craster and Stannis.

I guess your right, but it still doesn't make sense.
He is a terrible father because he cares more about his legacy and name more than his actual children, which would be even more of a reason to conceive another heir.
