Snickers speaking the truth to all the Italian haters out there:

quote:

"The Italian, whatever, national, whatever their organization is, they don’t understand that 'guidos' and 'guidettes' are good-looking people that, you know, like to make a scene and be center of attention and just take care of themselves," she said on The Wendy Williams Show Friday. "They are old-fashioned. They don't know that; they think it's offensive, because maybe in their time it was offensive, but now it's kind of a compliment. So they don't understand that and that is what we are trying to say. They are way overreacting to the show. We're 22 to 29 just having fun at the shore. They are just taking it way out of proportion."

That is relatively coherent and rational, considering its coming from snickers.

Simmons' last podcast was on the 8th. I',m really looking forward to his next one. as long as he has the reality television czar, Dave Jacoby, with him, it should be great

Who is Dave Jacoby and what makes him the reality TV czar? Is he a relative of Mike Fratello?

Jacoby is some bigger ESPN exec who is just obsessed with reality. He goes into Survivor, etc.

I loved at the end when they were dogging on TJ Lavin. "TJ just loves effort. Is that too much to ask?"

to accomplish this feat, you don't even need to go to jersey shore

you need to go to the true life, or the wedding show (i forget what it was) with the guido/guidette getting married when the limo is late

*ETA: bow

quote:

"I was a little bit surprised her husband didn't step forward to break up the fight as quickly as I did," Balducci said. "I was even more surprised it became a matter that had to go into the hands of the police instead of us talking it out."

oh yeah, i saw that masterpiece.

I had the pleasure of living in north jersey, and worked in a guido stronghold owned and run by brooklyn and Staten Island alpha-guidos.....a gym. Charlie and our sales manager have a striking resemblance in every way.

damn, i am way too f'ing old to watch this crap, but i couldn't change the channel.

J-wow has the exact same swagga' as one of my friends from jersey City....little badass.

any chance that Ronnie and the Situation throw hands? Maybe if The Situation gets drunk and brave?
