Seinfeld did say that Alexander was playing his iconic George Costanza character, and that other Seinfeld characters would be involved. The project also will be a “short-ish” form one, never to happen again, and involves Larry David. Nothing wrong with a little mystery.
Yup. Gonna have something to do with Curb Your Enthusiasm if i head to guess. Jeff Green has been hinting that Larry is almost done wrting the new season.

Can't be curb. They already started filming whatever it is. Larry hasn't even finished writing curb yet.

wait hes working on a new season of curb though? i couldnt find anything about it. that would make me happier than a seinfeld reunion. curb has to be one of the greatest of all time.

Didnt he just retire, or was Seinfeld cancelled?

HBO basically told Larry after the last season, if he wanted to do another one, they'd put it on the network whenever he got around to it.

It would be anti-climatic if done for curb, as the season before the last one was all dedicated to a Seinfeld reunion show.
Reading the Bio on Larry David, seems like he wasn't considered funny until Seinfeld. He tanked on SNL only writing one shite in the years on the show, he was on "Fridays" but is only known for the Kaufman skit he did with Michael Richards.
Kraemer was his real neighbor, who didn't get the part of Kraemer on Seinfeld, (which became the plot of like two seinfeld shows)
And Larry David was supposed to be George, but instead cast an actor outside of their circle to play George.
