Could they have not gotten a single comedian to host? I mean they got Aaron fricking Rogers. Even though I know he's in the dog house forever, it would be amazing to see Louis CK host Jeopardy. Or how about Chapelle? List of comedians I think they should have put on.

Jon Stewart
Bill Hader
Jimmy Carr
Simon Pegg
Hugh Laurie
Stephen Merchant
Will Arnett
Steve Martin
Anthony Jeselnik

You missed the one comedian who would actually enjoy correcting word usage and pronunciations.

But seriously, I would rather just have a professional broadcaster host instead of trying to find a "name" to be the star.

I considered Norm, but Norm just wants to frick with people nonstop and has no respect for authority. It'd go off the rails quickly. That's not to say it wouldn't be amazing, but Norm would be more into derailing the situation with your average joe than hosting.

Aaron fricking Rogers is going to be hosting for God's sake.

It’s just one of the many Payoffs the liberals give each other for being part of the resistance. Books deals, movies/tv, and CNN spots. Circle jerk of life.

Yeah. If I had to take a guess, Anderson is going to get it in the end.

I see what you did there.

How was will Ferrell not offered a guest host gig?? Who gives a shite if he's not going to take the job... Neither is Rodgers... But at least the layers of humor with him hosting for weeks would be absolutely worth it.

Hugh Laurie

With his voice and smoothness... Damn that's a winner right there.

Like others have said, though. Cooper is going to get this job... And he's also going to absolutely fricking ruin the show. He'll turn it into the trivia sjw shite show that like "The Chase" instead of the classics like Jeopardy is known for.

Damn you cancer... Damn you to hell. Trebek was the best.

Sony produces Jeopardy and his show so I assume they put him on Jeopardy to advertise his show.

Dr Oz is simply a snake oil salesman. He is to be despised.

Levar Burton is the only outside name I've seen suggested here that I really like.

Lavar would be great but he'd ruin the show as well. I think Neill Degrasse Tyson is by far the best name I've heard.

You know he's essentially a genius, he has the voice and charisma that producers should cream their pants over, and he respects classical education and art and science. There really shouldn't be a close second place.

The Jeopardy producers should make him say no before moving onto anyone else.

What happened to Lavar Burton? I was kind of pumped for that rumor.

Mayim Bailik is pretty funny. Plus she’s like, an actual smart person. I think she’ll do well.
