He's bonkers. The best thing that could happen to him right now is to be institutionalized for a while. I am not saying this to mock the guy, having your own brain go haywire is a pretty damn horrific thing to happen to someone.
He's a threat to himself and others right now and he needs to be put under supervision until that isn't the case. Schizophrenia is a scary illness and until he learns how to live with what it takes to manage that illness he needs to be confined.
