I'd like to watch the whole thing if I can find another decent site for streaming movies.

Thats my go-to but I didn't find it. I'll try again with more patience.

good. Instead of deterring studios from making shitty films, however, the tax breaks from the "loss" will suffice. I wish I could make money from sucking at what I do. I need to wish upon a Weinstein.

John Carter is awesome. Don't let the "bomb," quotes turn you off of it.

This. I'm pissed they canceled the other scheduled movies.

Na. it just doesn't fit.

I'm more thinking that John Carter wasn't for mass audiences, and it wasn't for real film snobs, it was for people who really, really like film and the magic of it. Those who aren't jaded and don't contemporary culture get in the way of enjoyment.

Those are all different approaches. And given the people who liked the film and don't like the film, that's generally the way it slices.

To each his own, it just maybe wasn't made for you.

Did you like the Mummy and/or Mummy Returns?

To me, Carter was in the same vein of a fun, adventure film that doesn't take itself too seriously.

It's why I still don't get why Carter didn't do better, other than the lackluster promotion and title change.

They were films that I didn't initially enjoy, but have since I have seen them more recently.

Where is that Film Appreciation Evolution chart. That thing really does nail it.
