I think it's visually the best looking Star Wars.

There were some fantastic visuals.

Some of the Rey/Kylo scenes were good.

That's about it.

To me, it seems like the movie was written based on the visuals and then a plot was thrown up around them. I think that could explain some of the nonsense like the hyperdrive kamekazi, leah poppins, and the lopsided salt planet fight

this was a scene in one of the EU books. it is funny how these tards say JJ didnt listen to anything TLJ set up when if you go back to TFA, Rian threw away every Easter egg in TFA when doing TLJ. i mean why did C3PO have a red arm... Rian: doesnt mater, i want leia poppins.

remember when adult men had families, hobbies, social clubs, church functions, and fulfilling careers to occupy their time?

the 21st century man has no need for these things, as he fills his time with star wars, marvel, nintendo switch, and (I assume), some pretty freaky safesearch pornhub viewing.

I always get a kick out of harrison ford's complete and total disdain for the impotent nerd rage surrounding these films.
