With walking dead on the decline, breaking bad and mad men gone, they really don’t have any new content that’s been as good. All they have really is better call saul which is just a story from the breaking bad world

It's one of the most commercial-riddled networks out there, that's for sure. If you don't like the movie they're showing, you won't like it for four hours.

AMC's productions are also ran like a ghetto daycare. I can tell you for a fact there's going to be a major shakeup behind the scenes on TWD for next season. They will have a completely new crew (other than those on top of the food chain like Mikey, Greg, Garber, Cambell, etc). No one wants to work for a company as incompetent as them and each year gets worse for the crew. When the rats start jumping off the ship, you know it'll sink soon.

It started dying when Mad Men and Breaking Bad came to the end of their runs and they didn't have anything to really replace them.

It's sad because Turn was a fantastic show but they managed to frick up pushing it.

He's just throwing a question out there. AMC isn't even close to dead. USA would have been gone for a decade before this would happen to AMC.

And no, it's not dying. AMC can keep milking Walking Dead until they find a new #1. Which they are doing. I personally believe Fear the Walking Dead is beginning to make up some ground but the new #1 will most likely be a different genre.

Halt and Catch Fire was well produced, as was Turn.

Idk, but I'm sick of them showing Walking Dead marathons. Put a damn movie on.

I liked it when it was an all-movie, commercial-free, network.

They're trying, but it isn't easy recreating the phenomenon of Mad Men and Breaking Bad. HBO didn't have another Sopranos level hit for almost four years... when Game of Thrones took off.

Right now they're trying to milk everything that they can off of Walking Dead. You've got Talking Dead, Fear the Walking Dead, Talking Fear, Kirkman's comic book series, and Comic Book Men (which latched on to the comic book fandom of Walking Dead).

Better Call Saul is great, but it's no Breaking Bad (audience-wise).

They're going to zombie us to death until they find another Mad Men.

TCM filled that role. And is doing a much better job than AMC ever did.

Yeah, but they did have The Wire and Deadwood. Probably not crowd bringers but very great shows. The Wire imo is one of the GOAT shows.

How does everyone feel about Fear the walking dead. I think its pretty decent at times better then walking dead.

Better Call Saul is one of the best shows on TV. Season four is set up to really take off. Loathe the Walking Dead though.

Surprised that I'm finding myself having declining interest in TWD this season; I was a big fan. Now not so much, and I can't really say why because I don't know. Maybe zombies have run their course. I DVR'd the last 4 episodes and am totally unmotivated to watch. I got that way about The Exorcist this season as well. That said, I am definitely not interested in developing an interest in FTWD.

FTWD was slow at first the last season is far better than the original and worth a watch.

Alycia Carey is hot too.
