The point of the show is to make fun of the classic sports talk "hot-take" shows. One of the longest-running bits is that Stugotz grew up idolizing Mike and the Mad Dog and wanted to be like them and Le Batard despises that kind of radio. So Stugotz will make some gas-baggy hot take and Le Batard and his producers will spend several minutes making fun of him.

I’ve never seen Drop the Mic or the Celebrity Lipsynching, but I have to say those have to be the worst shows on the planet.
