His first feature screenplay was the 2005 Michael Bay movie “The Island” which was almost a shot for shot ripoff of a MST3K featured movie called “Parts: The Clonus Horror” to which dreamworks was sued and settled a 7 figure amount out of court.

Holy shite his movie credits are a like a list of the worst movies of the last 15 years.

And some awesome stories that he ruined. Enders Game could've been the shite.

And The Mummy remake? And Revenge of the Fallen? My god, how does he keep getting jobs?

Survey says, nah. Not even close considering much of his early TV work.

I would put Skip Woods well above him on the hack scale

Yeah fckk that guy.

I have no other word but fraud.

I don't want another fckking season of Kurtman Trek. All the shtt we give JJ for the Trek movies it still isn't as bad as Kurtzman shtt.

Edt: I know he was part of it, but it's not as bad as pure Kurtzman.

It's true. He and JJ are enormous hacks, but they keep getting jobs for some mysterious reason.

I didn't realize he steals video game story ideas, or has that history.

Was surprised to learn on the latest Picard review from RedLetter.

They don't know much about Star Trek, and what they do know, they don't like.

Let's not let Robert Orci off the hook here. Those two are attached at the hip and probably tell each other, "Yeah. That's a great idea". It's not.
