Interesting YouTube Channels - what are you watching?

I found a couple of very interesting ones I wanted to share, and was curious as to what others were watching:
Gaming Series:
(Overwatch) - Valkia (Mostly because I started as a Pharah player when I played, and he is absurdly good at midair shots)
(Fortnite) - Muselk (Liked him better when he did a greater variety of games, but is still entertaining on his own merits)
(All types of games) - Ohmwrecker (Very good discourse during gameplay)
Educational (Edutainment?)
About Science (Applies science to scifi/fantasy/etc)
LegalEagle (Lawyer reviews courtroom scenes/dramas for accuracy, gives actual legal info as part of his discussion)
Comedy Shorts
Mann Shorts (D&D games, including versions like "Florida Edition", "Gangsta Edition", "Hipster Edition", "Redneck Edition", etc)
Popculture Discussion
The Cosmonaut Variety Hour (Gives a lot of insight into geek culture movies and shows)
There are more obvious ones, like Honest Trailers and How It Should Have Ended, that I'll link if people aren't familiar with them.

Recently discovered Game Grumps and it's like fricking crack. Watching them play Mario Maker has me rolling

Have been watching Cinemassacre videos for about 11 years. Started with the Angry video Game nerd but actually enjoy their movie reviews more.
Also love RedLetterMedia and only regret not having watched them for years. Great movie reviewers.
Also enjoy JonTron and Alt Shift X.

I watch LegalEagles sometimes. He's alright.
For games, GameMakersToolkit is great. I think the channel might be Mark Brown because he has another series. Its all about different gameplay mechanics and how they work. His other series, BossKeys, is ok too. Its about level design.
For movies I watch Rob Ager/ Collative Learning. He talks about subliminal messages and psychological meanings in movies. Any of his Kubrick videos are worth watching.
Oliver Harper's Retrospectives and Reviews series is one I think many people here would enjoy. He mostly talks about 80s scifi, horror, and fantasy with a brief production history and other interesting notes from the time.
SmackTalk from Voxis Productions is a cranky old British puppet doing mostly movie reviews in a similar fashion to Mr Plinkett.
