When he first started I thought his show was cringeworthy bad. I legit felt bad for him. So many jokes fell flat. I don't know if it has gotten any better, though. He seems like a likeable guy regardless of his political leanings.

It's really not a cop comedy, more of an office comedy, just the office is a police precinct.
Literally has nothing to do with boats. It's about Taiwanese immigrants raising a family in 1990's Orlando. The characters are all hilarious.
Sorry (not sorry) that Jews are funnier. My upbringing was damn near identical (outside of not having a sister or engaging in amateur film making), so the show speaks to me.
I'll give you that one. It's clear by your all caps the other three answers were trolls.
