Based on age, I could excuse not seeing one of these. Like maybe too young for Field of Dreams, or too old to every catch Sandlot. But to not see ANY of those three?!!
Even if he HATES baseball, he should watch Major League. Hilarious

He's not missing anything from those 2.

Eta: also said hes never seen the natural but has seen a league of their own. Wtf?
I've seen all the baseball movies listed in this thread except "A League of their Own." It's just never come up before. I should probably rectify that. Do Madonna and Rosie O'Donnell get into a horrific catfight? I need to know that before I start.

"A League of their Own" is probably the best chick flick ever made. I was going to start a thread about it but I'm pretty sure it's hands down.
Their first scene together. Rosie and Madonna

I had a friend who went and saw Mama Mia alone in theaters and I quit talking to him after that.
Jeeze. How many theaters did he see it in?

It's an expression. And I didn't really quit talking to him but it was also about 6 years ago so it obviously really affected my opinion of him. This isn't about me though, it's about this cornball who hasn't seen Major League.

I've never seen Field of Dreams or Major League. I've seen portions of Field of Dreams, but it never really kept my attention.
FWIW, I love The Sandlot, The Natural, The Bad News Bears, & The Bad News Bears in Breaking Training.

The only time I ever had any urge to move to Iowa was after seeing Field of Dreams.

I still cannot get through Field of Dreams without shedding a tear when Ray has a catch with his dad.

James Earl Jones and Burt Lancaster are the true stars of that movie.
Shoeless Joe Jackson was horribly miscast. Ray Liotta? Seriously?

This line always bothered me. Outside of this movie, I don't think I have ever heard anyone say "have a catch".

Has he seen Bull Durham at least?

Kill him, Davey, his childhood was nothing but misery.
