No one in this thread has been an a-hole about it. The general consensus is that it's not a show for everyone, which is fine.
I was interested after the 1st scene, and hooked after the 1st episode. It gets more interesting as the story unfolds, but I wouldn't say that it necessarily gets "better". If you don't like it, then just move on.

I stayed with it…binged the entire first season yesterday. It actually did get better. As another poster said, the last two episodes were great.

yeah i almost gave up on it after 3 or 4 episodes but glad i stuck it out . Thought by the end it got really good.

I love it. But you're not serious right? There are numerous reasons why someone could dislike this show. It's weird, it's quirky, you don't get a lot of answers to most of the weird and quirky stuff until the end of the season, and the humor is not for everyone. All the reasons people, myself included, love this show, could very easily be reasons why someone would dislike it.
