How would Nip/Tuck do in today’s television show world?

It ran from 2003-2010. Anyone think the show was ahead of its time?
I feel it would do well if it were airing in today’s world of Netflix and streaming shows platforms.

loved the first three seasons.

I didn't watch it until recently and I think it would do pretty well. I could see it being an AMC show or HBO/Showtime deal. It was pretty damn edgy for it's time.

If it could air on FX now, it would be even crazier since sex and cursing is allowed now. I'm surprised no one has mentioned a reboot. They could easily do so with a different cast.

It's still the craziest show I've ever seen, especially later seasons.
The show would definitely be better on a network that allowed nudity, given all the sex and plastic surgery.

I loved that show so much.
At least the earlier seasons. I stuck with it, though.

The musical season finale was the worst thing ever.

I never watched the later seasons closely.
There was a music season finale?
Actually, how did the show end?

Yeah I quit watching after season 3 or 4

Loved the first few seasons. Then it got batshit insane. Remember the last episode i watched was when this chick cut off her titties with an electric filet knife in the waiting room after they refused to perform a prophylactic mastectomy on her. She was so scared to die from cancer, apparently not from massive blood loss or infection. I was done right there.

That show was incredible until they moved to LA. This and Breaking Bad are the two most enjoyable binges I've ever had on a TV series.

I've never seen a show plummet from respectable to borderline self parody as quickly as Nip/Tuck. A real shame.

One of my favorite shows of all time.
Need to binge again....don’t think it’s on Netflix though.

meh it just kind of ran on shock value to where it wasn't really all that shocking anymore....then there were basically no characters with any redeeming qualities

The last episode I saw was where one doctor helped his mistress commit suicide in the hotel room and went to her funeral. I don't remember what season or if that was a finale. Is it worth watching anything after that?

Everything went downhill from there if my memory serves correct. The whole Carver thing in S2 was the shark jumper for me.

I booed at my tv when the carver was revealed. Big disappointment.
