I think governer would pull a pistol and shoot Negan dead first opportunity he gets. Like when Negan came knocking on Alexandria gate the first time to collect. I think governer mows him down immediately

The Governor was far more intelligent than Negan. Negan is just a thug with guns. The Governor was Walter White.

Negan is way smarter then a thug with guns. The dude knows how to use fear and rewards the people most loyal to him. Even with him being fricked up most people rather live in the Sanctuary then out there with the Walkers. You don't become leader of a massive colony and control several others with out some intelligence

The Negan character is just unbelievable and stupid. When he is in that RV with Rick, literally, Rick killed a guy by biting him to death. There is no way Negan walks out of it alive. There is no way Rick would have put his group in that situation given all they have been through. The Governor would not have waited for all those Negan monologs, he would have just attacked and killed him when he arrived like the did the soldiers.

That's NOT how Negan got all those people to follow him. He gave them the choice of working for him or death.
I'm not saying Negan is just a stupid brute, he's not. He just uses force and fear to control where as The Governor had you believing he was really a good guy through manipulation. He could get people to do bad things by convincing them it was for good.

How do you think he got so much power? He didn't fall arse backwards into it. The man is able to get some people to believe in his shite and is able to use fear for the rest of them. People saying Rick should just kill Negan are incredibly short sighted, Negan's crew is massive and someone else like Simon aka Trevor would take over. Negan knows people probably won't make a move on him so that's why he fricks with people or mentally breaks them.
