In terms of revealed in Season 1?
Only 4 dragons so far:
Green: Vhagar (Aemond)
Black: Syrax (Rhaenyra), Caraxes (Daemon), Meleys (Rhaenys)
There are more obviously, but I would be spoiling it for those that aren't familiar with the books.

They mentioned Aegon's and I am pretty sure Helaena's. Also, we know from the show Baela, Jace, and Luke all are dragonriders.

Its the same dagger that has passed from King to King since Aegon the Conqueror's reign. Same dagger that Alicent used to attack Rhaenyra's sons, which resulted in Rhaenyra being stabbed.
