History of the Eagles pt. 1.. dare I say best music doc ever?

Just saw it again recently and damn, it just stays with you. The egos, and the incrdible hate dynamic between Frey and Felder, and then sprinkle in Walsh, all set to their best music makes probably the best musical documentary IV very seen.

It’s the best I’ve ever seen and I’m not that big of a fan.

Chicago's documentary is amazing as well. Not the Behind the Music one, but the one that they did recently.

Dig! deserves a mention. Not necessary to be a fan of the bands in the movie (Brian Jonestown Massacre and the Dandy Warhols) in order to enjoy it. Worth watching if for no other reason than to watch an onstage brawl during BJM's set, in front of a crowd full of record label execs (spoiler: they didn't get signed that night, lol)...
The Eagles doc was great too, FWIW

The Story of Anvil was painful but mesmerizing. The girlfriend/manager who was unable to simply book a hotel room was straight out of This Is Spinal Tap.

I went to The Eagles concert (2015) then went home and watched the documentary. Loved it. It helped but context to the history portion of the concert.
The Last Waltz is possibly better.
