Help me figure out the name of this movie

I think it is a blaxploitation movie from the 1970’s. All I remember is that it is about a black movie producer who makes an independent movie on a shoe string budget. He films most of it in an old abandoned hotel without power which he steals from buildings nearby. When the movie is finished no one will show his movie in their theater. He goes on to show it only in black theaters and it becomes an overnight success making lots of money.
It was really dumb but funny. Lots of naked ladies plus a really silly “sex” scene when the bed shakes so much the ceiling breaks (I think it was the ceiling but it could have been something else)
