I think The Room had a more compelling plot.

Red Shoe Diaries they were just shooting one of those in BR a year and half ago. Is Treme still on for season 2?

Not considering this a "worst" but since everyone os talking about older HBO series. Does anyone remember, "1st and Ten?" Loved that show!

I liked that a few NFL guys were in it, Marcus Allen, OJ and John Matuszak to name a few. They were always hooking up with the cheerleaders also, which wasn't so bad, either.

ETA: And LT was in it also. Can't believe I forgot about him!

You must be insane. Fraggle Rock is to kids shows what The Wire is to adult viewing. This thread should only end because you gave perhaps the worst answer possible.

carnivale had so many levels to it. very deep, religious undertones, good vs evil- a lot going on. imo it's possibly one of the most well written shows ever created.

treme had a rough start, but i dont think it's oneof the worst HBO shows....at least so far

Actually a very good series. Gabriel Byrne is a damned good actor.

In Treatment was pretty good and Byrne is one of my favorites. My issue with it was that they started showing episodes too frequently and I didn't have a DVR at that point.

ETA: Didn't realize it hadn't been cancelled. I don't get HBO anymore anyway.
