Baddest dude I ever read in comics was Dollman
in a Legion of Superheros storyline. He nearly wiped out the whole Legion. If you can still find the issue, its worth the read.

Maybe Bolivar Trask, but I'm not sure.
Dinklage as Trask would be pretty cool. Are they pretending "The Last Stand" didn't happen?
I know this guy played Trask in that movie:

I'm pretty sure they are. Not 100% though.

I'm looking forward to it. I actually bought the original issues when I was a kid, and still have them. One of the few things my parents didn't throw out after I grew up!

Wednesdays would be much cheaper for me if comics were still just $.50.

This is the character he's rumored to play:
Bolivar Trask
Peter Dinklage to play Bolivar Trask?
Makes sense given that we know the setinels will be in this one.
I would think the most known futures past story would be that of the popular animated series of the 90's.
This could introduce Forge, Cable and Bishop as the show did (and the comics) Cable being Jean and Scott's son from an alternate World. Bishop being a mutant destined to kill Gambit and Forge being a mutant who can make anything.
All from a future where Mutants are hunted, most have "M" tattooed on their faces.
Bolivar Trask would have to be in the movie, if they are trying to do this storyline.

You saw speculation on MTV Splashpage about what villain 'Game of Thrones' Peter Dinklage is playing in ‘X-Men: Days of Future Past’ this morning… But thanks to a tipster who prefers to remain anonymous, but is extremely reliable, we can tentatively confirm: Dinklage is playing Bolivar Trask, inventor of the mutant hunting robot Sentinels in the movie sequel.
Which makes a lot of sense: there’s already been rumors of Sentinels in the movie, which this fits right in with; there are also Sentinels in the dystopian future of the comic book version of Days of Future Past; and most importantly, Dinklage, in this Variety article is called the “main antagonist,” not the villain. Why is that last part important?

I wonder if she'll continue to be lazy by ignoring the fact that her character is supposed to have an African accent. I'll never understand how she was able to get away with completely dropping it for X2 & 3 after doing it in the first.

The early speculation I saw was that Dinklage would play Puck. That was obviously unfounded based on this news. While Puck would have fit size wise, I'm not sure he was ever a part of Days of Future Past and is really an Alpha Flight (Canadian super team) character rather than an x-man character.
This movie, if done right, has all kinds of potential. But it wouldn't take much to make it a cluster if they screw it up. (having come across Ghost Rider while flipping channels shows that even premises with potential can be mucked up pretty badly). Plus, time travel movies are always skating on thin ice depending on what underlying premise they go with on how tinkering with the past affects things.
