The only thing that makes me think that Dany may die is the show version of her visions in the House of the Undying. She is reunited with Drogo at the Wall.

Dragonstone clearly. That's where Dany's story started, and this is where her end will start as well. Plus there's tons of Dragonglass there, which from a story perspective makes sense why she would land there. Something tells me that WoW (not the episode) ends with Dany arriving on Dragonstone, looking over the Painted Table with Tyrion, and a raven flies in with a message from Jon Snow. It warns all the Lords of the Realm that the Others have broken through the Wall and to send all troops north to the Wall to defend the realm. Tyrion will tell Dany that even with her dragons that she has no hope in conquering the realm outright, but she can choose to save the realm, since LF and Varys clearly won't. Tyrion will then travel north with half the army to treat with LF and Sansa in Winterfell as well as join Jon Snow, while Dany and Jorah will head to King's Landing to treat with Varys and Aegon to save the realm. Neither LF or Varys will oblige them, and this is how Tyrion will win the War.

I'll tell you why I think it will be smaller: narratively it doesn't make sense in the books for Jon to be focused on Ramsay for half or more of the book. First off, I don't think we'll see Roose Bolton alive again in the books. I think House Dustin and Manderly will see to that and the Bastard will escape with a small force. Now onto Jon, I think Jon's narrative in the next novel will be accepting his mortality, responsibility for who he really is, and what his duty truly is. Ramsay does really nothing to further this narrative in a significant sense.
What I think will happen is that once Jon is on the verge of accepting he is Rhaegar's son, the Others will be on the verge of breaking through the Wall and Ramsay will show up at the worst possible time to take his bride back from Jon. Jon will finally accept himself as Rhaegar's true born son, the Prince that was Promised, and take on the Bastard. As the dual goes on, Jon exerts himself over Ramsay in a way similar to Inigo Montoya confronting Rugan accepting himself as Jon Targaryen, cutting off one of Ramsay's legs in the process. The Others then break through the Wall, and Ramsay is left behind by his own men and the Night's Watch to be eaten alive by ice spiders.
But again, it makes sense in the show to build this up much more than I think the books will. What else is Jon going to do for a season?

The only complete miss I can think of is what the "Force Awakening" meant. Instead it was as simple as the title sounded. I was pretty irate all season that Ramsay would kill Rickon by firing arrows at him at the start of the battle to lure Jon out. Maybe LF won't try to kill off Jon in the next episode, but I don't see him rallying around Jon. I'll admit if I'm wrong on that.

I'm sorry, but there's no way Stannis kills her in the books. I don't see her dying in either version.
