What other logical explanation can you come up with for LF and her going to WF?

I can skim past other people's threads. I don't particularly want to have to dodge posts in a thread in a season where we know it's going to go past what's in the books.

Will the show get this far this season?

I think we may get the pies, probably not though. It doesn't seem that Manderly has been cast. Popular r/asoiaf theory is that the Greatjon may take that role. Since in the show he wasn't at the Twins and Rickon/Osha/Shaggydog went to Last Hearth

I can live with that but without Manderly, the Davos storyline will need to be altered as well

Yea. I guess it will depend where they send Davos or if he stays with Stannis. I could live without the North Remembers (Id be sad), but as long as they show some sort of collusion amongst the Northern Lords, I think it still gets the point across. Unless whatever the hell LF is planning to do with Sansa/Ramsay changes all that

Been rewatching some season 3 and 4 eps lately, did we see Gendry at all in season 4? Last I remember of him was Davos helping him escape.

I kinda figured he'll play a bigger role in the show than the books but curious as to how

Watching the same thing as you. I don't think we've seen him since then either. Any clue if the actor was cast?

Hot Pie and Gendry are living it up in the Riverlands somewhere.

Moreover, Balon Greyjoy continues to live on borrowed time.

Even though I had this feeling last year about LSH, and I was very wrong.. I just have a feeling we will get a surprise appearance from one of either the brothers Greyjoy, Aegon/Young Griff, Manderly, or something. Either that or I just like those story lines.

But about Balon, I don't think they would have included that shitty scene with Asha/Yara leaving Theon at the Dreadfort to return home if we weren't getting any more Greyjoy action. At least a mention of Balon's death, since he should have died two years ago

The Masters is getting boring. I'm going to rewatch an old episode. Somebody throw out their favorite from the first four seasons.

I still hope that HBO ties in the Greyjoy's with a Daario: Euron reveal. Tyron uncovers the plot and wins The Unburnt's trust.
