I like the statement earlier in the thread that I don't even know who to root for anymore.
I'm like just now calming down, sort of.
What a nice setup for a frick-frick. Everything all nice and sweet. No sign of any reprieve for anyone save Arya.
Jesus H.

Idk what's gonna happen but john snow and Arya were always my favorite Starks.
I'd like to see them frick up some lannisters.
Maybe a dickless theon can help them.

I'd say its easily what's left of the Starks and khaleesi.

Still have the rest of the Stark kids, Dany, Tyrion. Plenty of characters left to root for.
People really liked Robb and Cat that much?? In many ways, Cat is no better than Cersei (i.e. her hatred for Jon and bastards in general, kidnapping Tyrion on a whim with zero proof/going just by what LF said, letting Robb get involved in the war to begin with when Ned would have probably preferred him to stay out of it, and so on).

Cat sucked. I liked Robb though. He was doing what he had to do.

Robb was a good person. I think the problem was that Robb was forced to grow up overnight because of what happened to Ned and then on top of that command an army/fight a war. He also made some brash decisions which can be related to his counsel and his young age that negatively affected him in the war. Pissing on his promise to marry one of Walder Frey's daughters certainly didn't make matters better.

And Frey had that one hot daughter waiting in the wings.
If he wasn't such a sandbagging motherfricker we have more Starks left.

The wolf didn't do anything wrong. Grey Wind

I really liked Rob and was hoping he'd end up in a high place, or at least alive. I didn't approve of a lot of his decisions but still understood them, the beheading for example.
I'm doing better now, except that I have no faith in anything anymore.

I don't feel so bad now that I had an emotional/violent reaction to this episode.

I read the sample chapter of the red wedding somebody posted. Are all the books like that where a certain event is from a single persons pov. Or are certain events shown from multiple points of view. Who's point if view was the battle of blackwater shown from.

BTW, does anyone want to tell me what was so spoiler-y about my posting of Dany's names.
They bitched in the reader thread, saying it was more proof that I was a reader and that I'd spelled it (the name) wrong. I just copied it from someone else's post and googled it. If it was spelled wrong, why did I get GoT results?

Yes. The Red wedding ended differently. The Hound smacked Arya with his ax in the head as she was trying to enter The Twins. End of chapter. I threw the book across the room and sat dazed for a few minutes.
Went to retrieve book and furiously paged through to make sure there was another Arya chapter.
Many other readers did the same.
Blackwater was done a lot through Tyrion, Davos, Sansa and Stannis.

Sorry, bos, I just saw your post directed at me in the other thread. Glassman summed it up nicely.
The fact that the books are written in POVs instead of chapters makes them go by so fast. If you liked seeing Cat's thoughts, you should see Tyrion's
