Sorry, just wanted to address them on middle ground before it got bad. Everyone keep to their threads, and ask questions here and all will be fine.

I have ZERO questions on this one except for regarding Jaime and Brienne...
Was there more "trust building" in the books prior to his bathtub confessional?

not really we've basically seen it with him helping her out with the rape and the emeralds along with the talk about getting his revenge.
his speech about the mad king is just a great look into Jaime's true character.

Awesome. Makes that scene even better.

How could you possibly say that was a weak episode? We got Thoros bringing Dondarrion back to life, Jaime's recounting of the hugest even in history, and more awesome scheming by Tywin. A lot of parts are moving forward starting now.

Not particularly. Jaime is a bit of a broken man at this point.

Nikolaj (Jaime) really nailed that scene. It was perfect.

All the acting is great, but I feel like he is really underrated. He has done an incredible job, and tonight was his best performance yet.

Stannis wife said mellisandra gave him a boy? Did they show that in the other seasons? I remember her having the shadow creature thing not long after they banged. Was that it or did they have an actual kid?

They are referring to the shadow babies I believe. Though if I'm misremembering I'm sure someone will be very happy to correct me.

Eh I just wasn't as impressed with this episode as I have been with others. To be honest, a weak GoT episode is still better than anything else on TV.
Also, my episode assessments are usually directly correlated to awesome Dany moments.
