really good movie. Bacon is outstanding in it..easily the best performance of his career

My favorites are Bram Stokers Dracula & True Romance (Drexyl) Great performer. A true artist that relentlessly works at his craft. Excellent actor.

he's my favorite actor...he's been in some movies that weren't the best, but i have yet to see him in anything where his performance was lacking.

It might not be your style, but he was also really good in The Prisoner of Azkaban(sp).

I think Immortal Beloved is his greatest portrayal. I can't think of Beethoven or hear his music without picturing Oldman, no matter how many actual portraits of Ludwig I've seen.
