I honestly thought Jon was about to get flamed by the dragon and come away from it being a Targaryen

Did we get any answers on what dragon lived?

99% that was Drogon. When he got off the ground, I figured he would be okay.

Rhaegal could just be wounded or that could be it for him.

They’ve been setting up that moment for the last 4 seasons.
Yep. I wanted Jon to end it but I was good with this. Arya was the only other option and I loved how they made it happen. NK was over confident, Arya used skill and not power. Love all the pro athletes on Twitter comparing it to the MJ hand switch/double hesi/euro step

Episode was great

I definitely think a sneak attack to the most unbeatable character and bringer of death was just lazy writing.

The next three episodes are going to be epic though

There are two dragons left. The teaser for the next episode showed both.

He shouldn’t have brought Les Miles on as a consultant.

How is killing Cersei going to be harder than the Night King??

IDK...seems like it’d be hard to storm King’s Landing when like 90% of your forces were just killed and those that survived are badly injured as well...but maybe that’s just me

Are all the Dothraki dead? Like...every single one? Wasn't that all the Dothraki...did an entire race of people die?

Can't be. Their women don't fight. So either all the woman and children were left in Essos or they were down in the crypt too, but the shoe couldn't be arsed to show any of them.

I don't think the family of the two boys will weep too much.

I think just one dragon left. Jon’s died killing the one the NK was on. Then when NK reanimated everyone Jon’s dragon also turned. Would be nice if it didn’t die though.

They showed both in the previews for next week.

Give me the breakdown, fricktard. I'd like to hear your idiot explanation. I've read all of the posts in this thread and NONE of them can justify either how, or why, Arya was the one to kill the NK or why he went out like that.

I knew it was one of the major possibilities of how he would get killed from when she was first given the VS dagger. That combined with her training were pretty big foreshadowing.

Only thing I got wrong is I thought she might actually "wear the face" of a wight or WW to get close to him.

And the minute she lit out from the castle after the talk with Mel, it was pretty clear she was going to get in position.
