I think this is about Dany. Jon probably wants to team up with her.

Great first episode

I know the Arya thing was obvious but it not being a surprise didn't take much away. It was great build to the boom.

Lots of great set up with Jon finding out about the dragon stone and Dany arriving.

Jamie clearly is growing tired of Cersi's shite. I'd guess he or Arya ends Cersie. Although I kind of prefer Arya getting back to Winterfel. Assume she hasn't heard the news yet. I figured that was going to be the point of the Ed scene.

So what is the focus this season? Jon/Danny v. Cersie/Euron? Then the final seven next year against the white walkers?

Jamie's side eying of Euron and Cersei when Euron was talking shite was pretty great.

Yep. Especially now with the dragon stone news. Jon is thinking big picture beyond the shite in KL

He tried to kill Bran.
True

I guess I don't see a way out for him.
Brienne kills him for that, on behalf of Sansa?

Oh, and another thing: Melisandre heading South, I think she still has a lot to offer. I don't think she fits in with Cersei... not a lot of royal blood left to burn, as Jaime points out.

But- Dany...
you realize that Melisandri apparently needs a Royal placed into the fire, to work her magic, right?
Dany can do that and not die.
Dany can sit in a bonfire anytime she wants.

Hmmm...

I don't think anyone outside of Bran knows Snow is a Targaryen. What he does with that info is up to him; the Wall seems to support him, so they might recommend to Bran that he keep it quiet.

Sansa is playing Littlefinger. I get the sense she's turning into a bizzaro Cersei... right down to the odd heat we see between her and Jon. She already knows he isn't a full brother, what will happen once there's no Daddy ties either?

Who can Jon sleep with... Dany's his aunt, and Sansa's his cousin. Which is weirder?

So what does everyone think Euron Greyjoy is going to get for the queen?

My first thought was Tyrion.

I think in context it was about Dany but I feel like it's foreshadowing of the northmen being wary of Jon when the secret comes out somehow. Maybe im wrong af; idk.

Also I think Tyrion is what Euron means to get for Cersei

I could be in the minority, but I think Jamie is the best character and I would love to see him make this out alive

Maybe Tyrion having mercy on him after Cersei is killed somehow. I don't know but I just really like him. Him and Tyrion are the best two imo

I think it's going to be tough for Euron to get Tyrion, since he's at Dany's side. That would be a major derail of the current flow, for what seems like an opening act (he's likely going to do something quickly, so he becomes an established ally of Cersei).

Are the younger Sand Snakes still at Dorne? If so, they're relatively unprotected, since it seems the majority of Dorne's forces joined up with Dany.
I can see Euron hitting Dorne, and bringing them back to Cersei.
