Not according to the World of Ice and Fire.
Yes it does, page 116, the last time she saw the Mad King was at Tourney of Harrenhal where he insulted her about her sagging breasts. Tywin sent her back to the Rock, and he resigned as Hand of the King, which was refused.
Tyrion was born a year later in 273.

The Mad King would have had a field day last night

Could Aerys not have impregnated her at Harrenhal after or before her breast sagging insult?

I'm sticking with my theory that Meera Reed is Jon Snow's twin sister. Actually more believable than the Tyrion Targaryen theory.

Maybe that's how the Mad King knew that she had saggy boobs.

Doran is incredibly intelligent in the books and Machiavellian in his scheming. He put the Sand Snakes in their place pretty much immediately. In the show he's a weak fool who couldn't have run a Fudruckers let alone a kingdom
I was really disappointed in how they handled Doran the past two season. But with only 10 episodes a season I guess they really can't get into everything.

So...they're setting up for a mid-season resurrection of Snow as the thing that stops the fight between the traitors in Black and Ed+Pirate+Wildlings right?

Yeah, I mean he's the main threat but fire Jesus is coming, and he's probably bringing a big white dire wolf with him.

Does a resurrected Jon kill Thorne or says frick off and is done with the watch altogether?
or both?
the old Jon seems like he would show mercy rather than vengeance. but who knows how jon will have changed through resurrection.

I don't see how they have Jons corpse chilling for half a season. Episode 3 seems to fit best with the timeline unless they just ignore the wall for 2 or more episodes

I'm thinking around 3 as well.
It didn't bother me at all that they didn't do it in this episode. And in Ep. 2 they may well mostly skip Castle Black and concentrate on other storylines (I'm trying to remember if they showed in on next week's previews). And of course they have to do the whole Davos, Ghost and Co. v. Thorne's goons scene and the wildlings and giant coming to save the day stuff.
But if they don't do the resurrection by 3 or 4 at the latest I think they'd be stretching it out too far.
This, they kind of have to draw out the comeback. You can't set up the Wilding rescue; show Melisandre about pondering a huge decision (likely self sacrifice); etc and then have Jon just come back.
I mean it's too huge not to have a giant set piece with it as the Climax/thing that halts the fight (and it would halt the fight -- you can be a cynic, an a-hole and a traitor but when the dude you went Brutus on comes back not as a White Walker but as Fire Jesus, well that tends to shape ones views).

I hope he lops off his head but my gut feeling is that he will "forgive" him.
He will give a speech about how he needs all able fighting men to defeat the walkers, etc.

You've got things mixed up. The anniversary tourney in 272 was in King's Landing. The tourney you're thinking of was in 281.
Have you read A World of Ice and Fire?

Way more. If Lyanna had actually had twins, that's exactly what Ned and Howland would have done with them. Tyrion Targaryen is just awful. I do find Jaime and Cersei to be a bit of a guilty pleasure theory though, although I mostly disagree with it.

I think Jon is brought back in ep 2. We got too much ground to cover this season to let this go on any further episodes.

I 100% believe this theory. No way Meera and Jojen are brother/sister.

Well we'll know after the TOJ scene

If the TOJ flashback starts an episode who will be the next person shown? Jon, Bran, High Sparrow, or do they cut to something else?
BTW did the opening map change at all? I didn't think it did, but I was already drunk
