Maybe - but it is strongly implied that Varys has been running this op for years - and if they sacrificed 1 innocent babe (whoever it was that died with Elia), they could do a double fake with another double. How many doubles did Castro use? How many did Saddam use?
Like I said, it would be frickin retarded

Meera Reed and Samwell Tarly.
I have long crackpoted Meera is Jon Snow's twin

Is there another character we know of that was born at the end of the war?
I'm thinking one of them might be twins and the other twin was smuggled somewhere else.
But, that's crackpotting again.
ETA: Hugo. Jinx and, seriously?

That would deffinitly work in the show. Kit and Meera could pass as brother and sister easily with their hair

I love that he's running because he's excited to delay the next book.

It's so obvious, I never thought it of it before - particularly when one goes through the ToJ chronology, Howland Reed going back home - never to be seen again, and Meerah and Jojen showing up just when things get interesting at Winterfell.

We talked about this in the crackpot theory. I think someone punched a lot of holes in it, unfortunately. I would have loved to have seen it unfold but the fact that Meera doesn't seem to have any special powers whatsoever make me skeptical.

I do t think he's a teenager is he?

None demonstrated. But Jojen does, as does Bran - Bran is a candidate for the third head, but his role seems clearly to be the new 3-eyed crow, wouldn't you agree?
Jon Snow doesn't have any explicitly, other than the skinchanger/wolf dreams that all Ned's children had/have (except Sansa, I guess).

No. He's in his late twenties.
Posted on 6/16/15 at 4:18 pm to Ace Midnight
But if Jojen could see Bran in his visions, wouldn't it make sense for him to have some sort of foresight about his "sister" if she truly was the daughter of R&L?
Or is it similar to Mel seeing visions in the fires and up to his interpretation?

Maybe that why they cast that actress. For her resemblance to Jon.
I guess this has been discussed, but that is one long arse thread.

You mean Jon? I think he is 14 at the beginning of the 1st book, isn't he?

The only hole in the theory is her green eyes. That's a weak arse hole IMO. I am sticking with this theory. Why was she in the show? Just to have banter with Osha and nearly get raped at Craster's? She must have a more significant purpose.

Maybe - but with no Coldhands in the show, they needed something approaching adult supervision when they split from Osha and Rickon. Just not sure where they're going with the character in either the books or the show. At some point Howland Reed is supposed to make an appearance, but R'hloor knows when and where that is going to happen. Maybe she is the catalyst for that.
ETA: This is getting pretty crackpotty - no question.
