I mean he only flexes his "burned hand" in damn near every one of his POVs after the fact.

GRRM constantly makes notion to Jon flexing the fingers the hand and fingers that were "burned" he makes way to many references to it for it not to be some sort of coincidene.

I mean I get thinking that if you haven't read the books and especially right after Dany birthing the dragons in flame.
But I'd also think knowing a bit about the Targaryens who also thought they couldn't be burned would be pretty telling that it's not exactly a standard trait among that line.
Being a badass Targaryen isn't mutually exclusive with being resistant to flame.

What gets me are the book readers that believe Targs can't be burned. I can understand hodors believing that, but book readers have multiple accounts of Targs dying by fire related events.

I know Targs have burned in the past, but could Targ dragonriders be immune to burning? Dragons are fire made flesh, so it seems like a prerequisite.
ETA: maybe GRRM included the burned hand thing to contrast that with the post-stab POVs after Jon is reborn as Azor Ahai and he's no longer susceptible to fire as a dragonrider

Pretty much. And like I said, it doesn't make you any less Targaryen if you aren't resistant to flame. Poor Egg.

Wasn't there a Targ who thought it was a good idea to drink wildfire?

I'm pretty sure there's some Targ riders that died of flame of other dragons. I know off the top of my head that Rhaeynera (sp?) was fed to one in the Dance of Dragons.

So I'm looking back at some of the deaths of the riders. Specifically the Aegons:
Aegon (son of Aenys I): Died in battle (as illustrated below from The World of Ice and Fire)
Aegon I (Aegon the Conqueror): Died of stroke while telling the story of his conquests to his grandsons.
Aegon II: Was poisoned in the Dance of Dragons
Aegon III: Consumption
Aemond: Died in the Dance over Harrenhall
Alysanne Targaryen: Thought to have died over the grief of the loss of her children.
Helaena Targaryen: Jumped to her death onto spikes at Maegor's Holdfast while captive.
And in Baela Targaryen's wiki is specifically mentions her being "burned and battered" in a battle with another dragon/dragonrider.

And wasn't Dany blistered in the fighting pit when Drogon breathed fire on her?

ETA: Someone posted the "previously on.." segment for E10 in the spoiler party. It's fairly enormous, if it's legit.

Honestly it seemed like it was fan made in certain sections of it IMO.

And quite a bit longer than they usually are. I know.
