I believe there is still a chance the hound is alive because he alluded to his desire to kill the mountain numerous times and it looks like the mountain is going to make it. Old man lannister is dead.

Yea. She's supposed to give it to a Braavosi and say the words "Valar Morghulis", if she ever decides to go to Braavos.

The assassin that was her friend from way back in Season 1 or 2 gave it to her and told her that if she needed anything, to find anyone from Braavos and give them the coin and say the phrase she told the captain, or something to that effect.

I'm guessing that coin is the symbol for the faceless mans assassins creed group. Hopefully her story won't go to shite like everything else in Essos.
