It's going to suck so much. Really hated George for a while after that scene...Oberyn was *thisclose*.
If you think about it though, Oberyn's goals were all accomplished:
He killed The Mountain in revenge for his sister and the death was a long painful one (Robert Strong notwithstanding).
Tyrion killed Tywin in a pretty humiliating setting. Whether the "confession" Oberyn got the Mountain to make played any part in Tyrion's decision is questionable but Oberyn's fighting for Tyrion kind of set up the Tywin death in some ways.
Amory Lorch of course was killed earlier by a bear after being captured by Roose Bolton and Vargo Hoat. (And The Mountain's confession undid Tywin's plans to pin everything on the deceased Lorch).
I'd bet The Red Viper would have traded his life for those deaths. He got his revenge, though not quite by the route he envisioned.

It is also claimed that he poisoned Tywin due to the smell in the sept that never went away.

Forgot to tell y'all that I saw Pompeii on Blu Ray at the store earlier today/yesterday....good god my husband Kit needs to pick better roles so he can afford the child support payments and alimony in 10 years. That movie was awful and practically SciFi channel quality .
Woah woah woah. Pump dem brakes Lady. My homeboy Kief-Kief BROUGHT IT in that movie. And I liked Mr. Echo playing the role as Quota as well. Ya boy Kit is like 4-foot-nothing anyway. At least it was better than what he churned out in Silent Hill: Revelation.

I know he's short
but IWHI anyway
. Oh and Kiefer's accent in Pompeii was weird.
How crappy was Silent Hill Revelation?

SH:R was terrible...but me and my bro went to see it in theaters bc we loved the first one and despite terrible reviews we wanted to see the ash and town "morph" in 3D. Oh and it had Ned in it too!!
Yeah, Kief Kief's accent was like that of a southern gentleman.

Exactly....a southern gentleman in Pompeii. Like I said, a really shitty movie.

I think he poisoned Tywin first, “Your father,” said Prince Oberyn, “may not live forever.”

We've kept the peace since the "Chicken The Moderator" built "The Wall". You on your side, us on ours.

Somebody give me a good suggestion for a battle-viewing drink tonight. I usually do wine. Sometimes specialty beer or Mead. Wasn't there a GoT inspired drink recipe on here at one time?

I think some fine Dornish wine would work well.

Just avoid any dish with the fiery peppers.

I wish I had some shade of the evening to pair with my Jojen Paste.

Because of Robert Strong Oberyn died for nothing.
