I wouldn't say that. But she looks like two differrent people when her hair is curly and when it is straight.
Also I can't decide what her ethnicity might be.

I'm not sure. It hasn't happened yet in the books though, so unless he got Martin to reveal the end for him, it's fake. I have no idea why he would post that
