Well, given the episode description, it seems likes it may be something to do with Jon and the fist of the first men.
It could also be something to do with Dany and the Unsullied.

Gold digger Margery needs to get on the ball with marrying Joffrey. I'm hoping margery doesn't tattle on Sansa, but instead she somehow coaxes Joffrey into letting Sansa marry her gay brother. This would take the heat off of Joffrey suspecting her brother to be a gay that must die. At that point, she could marry Joffrey, get pregnant, somehow have Joffrey killed and maybe his mom too just for good measure.
