I just went to the HBO interactive map and description of all the Houses. I read every single thing they had including the History. I feel more prepared to watch the show now.

Now that I know the lay of the land, Is Dany going in the wrong fricking direction? I thought the plan was to cross the narrow sea.

Also Littlefinger is a prick and I hope he dies and falls on Joffery and kills him.

I normally watch the show once live and then later on in the week, I watch it on hbogo on iPad with interactive features. All I can tell you is I love the experience. I love the way this show is so engulfing.

I wish they would do the enhanced episodes like LOST did. Air it right before the new episode.

You missed the point. GoT is turning out to be not for casual fans. The book does not set up for an easy to follow TV series which will eventually push off the casual fan who expects to watch 1 episode a week and NOT be confused.

Then let them watch crap like TrueBlood for mindless entertainment.

Hard to answer questions like that since this seems line a non/spoiler non/book insights thread. People can be pretty sensitive about that stuff.

I like the large cast. IMO it provides a more realistic atmosphere.
