Anyone else notice how nasty skinny Myranda was in that scene with Ramsay? Her hip bone was protruding and her chest was literally just bones and nipples

Nice subtle thing from this episode...
When Maester Aemon was talking about the "last" Targaryen and as he finishes his monologue (about Dany being alone as a targ) the camera then shifts focus directly to Jon who just entered the room.

And KUDOS to HBO for ponying up the cash for a larger budget. I have seen that money well spent with every episode.

So, who gets poisoned on opening day in the fighting pits? Someone needs to eat the locusts or at least attempt to kill Dany. They setup great motive this episode for the masters.
