Hard to believe it's been that long. It's still the most underrated show of all time IMO. It also had the greatest ending for a series. We had some great threads especially during the final season.

Rewatching it now with my wife. It's her first time. It's so good.

Nah. It had a nice ending but there were some things wrong with the finale.

I would tell you, you could go back and read through our episode by episode review that a few of did on a series rewatch but they suck now since all the animated gifs were archived.

Probably the best ending in series history is the final 4 minutes of six feet under.

I actually didn't watch Fringe when it aired because I hated John Noble so much.

He was so repulsive and despicable as Denethor that my dislike carried over to the actor.

Big mistake for me because Walter Bishop is one of the best tv character ever.

The real Scrubs ending will always be my favorite despite it not really being one of my favorite shows. Book of Love and the way they played the future memories on the hospital wall, man...for some reason it just really struck a chord. No idea why as it’s not particularly special or surprising.

Fringe was one of my favorite shows ever and the ending didn’t let me down at all. Will probably be my next rewatch.

Anna Torv was so hot....and my memories of Fringe got me so psyched to see she was cast in Mindhunter. She’s had pivotal roles in two really damn good TV shows... probably severely underrated along with the show.

It's been 4 years since I saw it. We had a long discussion of all of the flaws of the finale in the rewatch thread. Off the top of my head the fight choreography was dreadful in the finale. There were scenes of automatic weapons going off all over the place and Walter walking slowly like he was taking a stroll in the park. Also, the people who were shooting, weren't shooting at Walter taking his stroll even though he was right next to them.

There were a pile of time travel issues. Time travel is always murky at best and a bit of a week crutch and it was in the finale. There were several problems with the time travel. I wasn't the only one in the thread pointing out plot hole issues with the time travel.

There were some weak episodes in season 1. You had the mob guys and Peter storyline that just went away.

Once the show got going, it was pretty awesome. As I said, Walter is one of the best characters ever.

The finale wasn't great. It wouldn't be in my top 10 finales. Sorry I can't give you the piece by piece rundown but I watched it 4 years ago. I thought it was a weak ending to a great show.

Yes but you have to watch it w/commercials b/c Amazon sub-licensed it through a new streaming service called IMDb Freedive. (basically a Crackle clone)
