I am not the biggest fan of the new Tomb Raider franchise. They play a lot like Uncharted only with less memorable characters and a less memorable story.
I don't think this iteration of Laura Croft is iconic enough to deserve a film adaptation, but feminism and all that

I disagree. There wasn't much story to the original Tomb Raider until about the 5th-6th game.
The new franchise absolutely puts Lara through the fricking ringer. She's straight up killing people with a climbing axe and a bow and arrow.

She's a very good actress and attractive, but she seems short for the role. But, I guess camera angles fix that sort of thing.
