The first one is more detailed on what was there. The batmobile may have been the original. I'm sure there's more on social media , like the charred remains of the car. Some private collectors may have items that are worth a little more now? Maybe not since there are multiple made for some of these movies. Apologies if this has been posted already

The Casa Warner exhibition, which celebrates the 100th anniversary of Warner Bros. studios, caught fire last Tuesday, the 9th, in Rio de Janeiro
In the early hours of last Tuesday, the 9th, a tragic fire hit the Casa Warner exhibition, responsible for celebrating the 100th anniversary of Warner Bros. studios, and which was taking place in the parking lot of the Nova América shopping mall, in Del Castilho, Rio de Janeiro.
Organized by 2a1 Cenografia and Warner Bros. Discovery Global Themed Entertainment (WBDGTE), the accident left no injuries, but devastated a large collection that included replicas and original items from productions such as “Batman”, “Wonder Woman”, “Harry Potter”, “The Wizard of Oz”, “Anabelle”, “Scooby-Doo”, “Looney Tunes”, and many more.
As reported by O Globo, in a note, the organizers declared that they were “devastated by the loss of original props and replicas from Casa Warner and we hope to recover what we can to bring this experience back to fans in Brazil.

I’m pretty sure the multiples of these are at the Smithsonian (if I remember correctly).
That sucks that those things were destroyed.

Well that’s how it’s destroyed in the books, so appropriate.

That’s high up there on the most valuable props in Hollywood history.

Sauron’s helmet and ring from “The Lord of the Rings”;
The Ring couldn’t even be destroyed with dragon fire and could only be destroyed within the fiery chasm from which it came in the bowels of Mount Doom, so…
