Loved it.

The details are great. I especially liked when Lester woke up in the hospital, he very hesitantly raised his wrists, like he expected to be handcuffed to the bed. Then he noticed the buckshot wound and the wheels started turning.

Lorne is one of those men who just wants to watch the world burn. And see kids beat each other with hockey sticks.

This show is going to be very good!

I like how there's no major holes in the murders and getting away with them. I'll explain, what pissed me off about Bates Motel so much was how they would kill these people and the Sherrif would go pee in the bathroom where they are hiding a body in the tub..and somehow not smell the blood or the body. That's the kind of stuff that irks me.

In Fargo, people are being killed but the Cops are seeing through the vail and stay close to catching up. Well, they did catch up.. And Lester somehow finds a way to get out of that pinch(so it seems so far).

....it's just all setting up so nicely to be an awesome show.

We may need to have separate episode threads.

yes, it is 10 eps right now, but it may end up an anthology from what the showrunner said.

Brillant.
That whole exchange was amazing. Billy Bob's character definitely draws some inspiration from Anton Chigur but it's his own distinct spin-off. Like Chigur mixed with Tyler Durden and well, Billy Bob Thornton.

Was avoiding this thread until I got a chance to watch. First episode was great. Cut off during the upcoming scenes though, damn.

It means that each season will stand alone. New characters & plot will be introduced next season. Much like American Horror Story & True Detective.

It pretty much has to be that I think. This seems to be a very self-contained story.

From the upcoming previews

Cashier: "This is an unusual of events."
Lorne Malvo: "No, an unusual turn of events was me finding a human foot in a toaster oven. This is just odd."

I laughed out loud a couple times, by myself. I usually don't do that.
