The first season was pretty slow. The 2nd season is much better.

Pretty much every DC Universe series got even better in the second season. Titans, Harley, Doom Patrol... Gives me high hopes for Stargirl Season 2.

I still need to finish it. I did enjoy S1, so if S2 is better than that's exciting.

Geoff created Stargirl as an homage to his dead sister. He's said in interviews that he's keeping a firm hand in the show even with it going to CW. Combine those two and the fact that its first season was spectacular and I think if the show tanks due to CW's SJW-ism at least it won't do so quietly.

I think the first season of Titans suffered from the dreaded "we're going to show how edgy we are now!" syndrome. The second season was more "lets make sure we tell a good story."
Which, in all honesty, should be something tattooed on the forehead of every producer, director, and screen writer in the business. Thou shalt make a good movie/TV show.
The first season of Titans was a bit slow and never really seemed to get on track. The second season has been great. Make a good show first, the rest will take care of itself.
