Yep, Doaks was all up in his arse.

I'm not sure. Sounds like s6 but I can't remember a specific time of someone getting burned alive

Wasn't that last season. There really wasn't a main bad guy last season. Dealt with Deb, LaGuerta, his psycho girlfriend, and the Ukrainian Mob?

You're right, how could I forget the Russians especially since it had lots of strippers involved.

And I was always rooting against Doakes and thinking he was such an a-hole, then I thought about it and realized he's just trying to stop a serial killer

My ex-gf probably thought I was a serial killer because I would always do this. She didn't watch the show, so she really didn't understand how someone could root for the person who's slicin' homies up on the side. I told her she better watch her back because I'm taking notes and this dude hasn't been caught yet.

Doaks and Lundy. Plus it always felt that Lila was going to turn on him at any minute and he was unraveling because of his relationship with her. He could keep it together, it seemed, with Rite, but not Lila. Very intense season, just behind season 4 as my favorites.

I feel like season 3 gets a bad rap.

I really enjoyed 3.
Jimmy Smits was freaking awesome and totally out of control.
His death might be my favorite as well.

I admit though that the Skinner was lame.

I think that's how anybody that doesn't watch the show feels when hearing someone that does watch it talk about it

I'm working my way through season 7 right now on episode 7. Looking forward to seeing how everything ends with season 8.

ETA: Has anyone read the books? I'm curious if they're worth reading?

I'm ready. I think the only way the series could end is with his death. I don't see him going to prison or or "getting away with it." Any thoughts

I don't know how to think it'll end. I don't think he dies but I don't see how they can just let him get away with it. Should be interesting
