Haven't seen this movie in probably 10 yrs. First time I saw it, it was dubbed and I didn't really like it, watched the subbed version later and it was magical as everyone says. I just remember it was mystic and graceful, but what I remember most was that cello score by yo-yo ma. I was young and it was one of the first times I really realized how much a score can add in connecting with a movie.
Also, speaking of best subtitled movies, anybody ever see Mongol? 2008-ish? ...by far the best Genghis Khan movie is ever made. I think it was supposed to be a trilogy but I don't think they ever made the other two. Fantastic film.
