I think he may be Gorr the god butcher. Rest of Thor's main bad guys have been done. Beta Ray Bill would be amazing but that character would so CGI heavy I could just see Taika doing it.

This is how it went down.
Mark Duplass said something positive about Ben Shapiro and lefty trolls went nuts on him.
The James Gunn defended Duplass and righty trolls went nuts on him over some edge lord-ish jokes he'd made years ago on Twitter.
Disney panicked and fired Gunn. Then they realized they overreacted and brought him back about a year later.
Not sure why you'd blame Duplass for all of that.

Beta Ray Bill isn’t a villian so either one of the 2 rumors is false or Marvel is altering the source material in a big way that I don’t recall them doing previously.
